Paraprofessional Train the Trainer Series @ CHIME

It is never too early to start thinking about and planning for how to most effectively design and implement a training program at your school for paraprofessionals for the 2025-26 school year. As part of CHIME Institute’s Impact Grant, we have developed a Trainer of Trainers program, complete with observations of our para training class, a year-long supply of training materials on our Moodle platform, three workshops, and the opportunity to stay on campus for the afternoon to access small-group coaching. This will take place at CHIME’s campus (19722 Collier Street, Woodland Hills) on Friday, January 31st from 7:15am-12:30 PM. Registration for CHIME’s professional development opportunities is available here. Please reach out to Adie Buchinsky at abuchinsky@chimecharter.com for more information.
