Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) & Interim Behavior Response Plans (IBRP) via Zoom

Participants will review Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) best practices, the importance of updating BIPs, how to implement a BIP across school settings, and the importance of considering BIPs when developing comprehensive discipline practices and supports. We will also discuss and review student behaviors that may be the most appropriate for Behavior Intervention Plans. This training will also briefly address the Interim Behavior Response Plan (IBRP) and how it can be utilized for any student demonstrating challenging behaviors. We will also review the Escalation Cycle in connection with developing an IBRP and BIP.
