Attendance Best Practices

This training will examine the underlying causes of student absences and their impact on academic performance. Participants will gain an in-depth understanding of how to address attendance through a Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) at all levels. The session will also include references to LAUSD’s attendance policy (BUL-4926.3), Attendance Works resources, and evidence-based best practices.
